Desde el commit ec94c2696f0b (\"tcp/dccp: evitar una operación atómica para timewait hashdance\"), inet_twsk_hashdance() establece el sk_refcnt del socket TIME-WAIT después de ponerlo en ehash y liberar el bloqueo del depósito.
